Maryville Water and Sewer will have Pinecrest Circle at Tuckaleechee Pike closed all day Thursday, March 22 for sewer work. One entrance will be completely closed but local traffic can enter at the other entrance if the destination is on Pinecrest.
Engineering and Public Works will close the right northbound lane on Hwy. 411 S. from Clover Hill to Ridgeway Trial on Thursday, March 22 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until approximately 2:30 p.m. They will be working on replacing a storm drain catch basin during this time. Please use extra caution when traveling through the area.
Maryville Water & Sewer Department will have Karrow Street closed all day Friday, March 16 from Montvale Station to South Cedar Street for a sewer main replacement.

Work has been completed and the road has been reopened. 3/13 8:30 a.m. Engineering and Public Works will have the right northbound lane on U.S. 411 S. from Montgomery Lane to Condry Lane closed on Tuesday, March 13 and Wednesday March 14 beginning at 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., for repairs to the concrete. Please use caution when traveling through the area until the work is complete. Maryville Water & Sewer Department will have Everett Ave closed from Hilltop to the dead end all day today to replace a sewer lateral.
The City of Maryville Water and Sewer Department has announced they will have Everett Avenue (from Hilltop Dr. to the dead end) closed today Tuesday, February 13 until 5:00 p.m.
The City of Maryville Water & Sewer Dept will have Woodlawn closed all day today, Friday, February 9 from Everett High to Sunnyside for a water main extension.
The City of Maryville Water & Sewer Department will have Woodlawn closed all day Thursday, February 8 from S. Cumberland to Sunnyside for water main repair.
The City of Maryville Water Department will have Woodlawn Avenue from Sunnyside to Cumberland closed all day today while they work.
In addition, traffic on East Broadway from Singleton Street to Cumberland will be reduced to one lane. Motorists should expect delays. Update 1/31/18 12:00 p.m.:
East Lamar Alexander Parkway (U.S. Highway 321) Traffic Adjustments Moved to February 5 City of Maryville contractor Portland Utilities Construction Company updated its schedule for the project which will reduce East Lamar Alexander Parkway (U.S. Highway 321) to one lane in each direction from the intersection at Washington Street and Jones Avenue to just beyond the Blount Memorial Hospital and Blount County Justice Center entrances. Lanes will be identified with traffic barrels. The work, originally scheduled to begin on Feb. 1 has been moved to Monday, Feb. 5 at 6 p.m. due to the weather forecast. Normal traffic is expected to resume Wednesday, Feb. 7. There will be access to all locations within this segment of East Lamar Alexander Parkway, but motorists are advised to allow additional time if driving through this area. This work is part of the City’s sewer rehabilitation project. For more information, contact 273-3300.
