PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BEGINNING PAYMENT PROCESS:
  • Electronic check service, credit card, or debit card usage is free of charge--just have your checking account and routing numbers or your card available to fill in the required information.
  • There is a $20 service charge for electronic checks that are returned for insufficient funds.  
  • If your utility payment is past due, your transaction may be denied. 
  • To pay your utility bill by phone, call 888-382-2262
